Our 'tree' in Geneva.

Christmas in Lausanne. We opened our pressies on the eve, right after dinner. Did you guys get any good gifts? I did! From Christmas eve to Christmas to the 1st day after Christmas, it was non-stop eating. Tonight, Adorable Husband and I went to eat a fondue. We are sweating cheese now.

It's been a week since our trip from KL. I have bought and wrapped pressies for Christmas eve. Our pile of dirty laundry is slowly getting washed. I cooked dinner tonight. I don't understand how people work all day, come back and have the energy to cook. I bow to you all. I am dead and I am only interning.

Took the spanking new tram line that runs by my place all the way to the 'Nations'. Day one at the World Health Organization. It is very cool to be part of an organization like the WHO, pretty imtimidating. Slow start today but am reading a lot of interesting literature on children's environmental health.

It was really warm during our Pangkor Island vacation.

After 24 hours of waiting and flying KL-Singapore-Bangkok-Zurich-Geneva Adorable Husband and I are back in our tiny home. We had an emotional time in Singapore because we were on standby for the next leg. We waited until the counter opened to find out if we had seats and we did. PHEW! Cheap ticket rocks but flying stand-by sucks!
Our vacation was fantastic. We were eating all the time, hanging out with family and friends and shopping. Posted some photos of random moments in Kl and our trip to Pangkor. I am so fatiguée right now. I will blog more later and post more photos ok.

Tomorrow my Adorable Husband and I are heading to Pangkor Island for a beach vacay with my sister and her friend. We originally planned to go to Cherating on the east coast, but because of the monsoon season affecting the South China Sea, we decided to play it safe and visit the west coast. Two nights on an island! Woohoo!

Tonight, we visited a friend of mine at the hospital to welcome a new member of the baby clan. Baby Rahul, another bundle of joy.

Went shopping like mad in Bukit Bintang and bought cheap and cheerful stuff. Had our regular Tandoori and naan with Uncle Tandoori near my house for dinner Yummmmm... Then, my sister's car, rather my old car died on us. The battery died.. Adorable Husband saved the night. My sister now has a new set of jumper cables, flashlight and battery water in the boot.

Then we went to THE new big super club in KL, ZOUK to watch DJ Jazzy Jeff spin (as in the Fresh Prince and Jazzy Jeff) and just got back. It is now 4:46am. Danced our booty off with all the ghetto superstars of KL.

Good Morning ya all!

It feels so good to be back home. I love KL! The weather is so warm and humid. And the food, can I talk to you about the food, all the roti canai, yong tau foo, nasi lemak etc etc. SOOOOOOO GOOD to be back home.

Met up with some friends today at Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
Met all the the new babies, Baby Tas and Baby Mu. OmarBC was there too, big boy now.
